It is good to have the device manager window open so one can see that the ZTE MF60 is COMPLETELY insatlled (no questionmarks). You must have ALL the drivers for ZTE MF60 available (step 1 in the description above) so it will be COMPLETELY installed once it is recognized by Windows (I am using Windows XP).
